Welcome to Fresh Fields Bakery & Café, a full-service bakery that specializes in authentic Artisan breads, fine pastries, and a café line which offers a daily selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches. Fresh Fields is unique in that our products are prepared daily, from scratch, using the highest-quality ingredients possible. Many of the recipes such as our popular Tomato Basil and Chicken Wild Rice soups are favorites from our own homes.

Utilizing the time-honored methods of the European masters, the bread is mixed from our own formulas, shaped to perfection, and baked on the stone hearth of our steam-injected Bongard deck oven. These fresh breads are also used in the production of deli-style and Panini grilled sandwiches. Fresh Fields' cakes and fine pastries have received rave reviews from across the state.
